I find my leadership team to be extremely supportive of the team, as well as the individual contributors. Our leadership team has grown and changed over the past few years and we are seeing increased focus on caring for Antech associates and creating a better world for pets!

Love of animals - we are all here for a common goal: to create a better world for pets. When you work with other people who also love animals, it's like an instant bond when you meet. Everyone is committed and loyal to our customers and the pets they serve.

We work well together. Everyone brings something different to the table and everyone is insanely talented! It's a loving and supportive team - I know I can rely on each member of my team if I need anything. We all want to see each other grow and succeed - we celebrate one another's successes!
