All employees must BYOD. Work from home is common in our services and sales groups, although opportunities to work from home are afforded to engineering on an as needed basis.

Most of the AgileCraft field sales organization employees are remote so automatically working from home.

The culture has a number of remote people so many people work from home and we interact online daily across the company. It is a normal process and easy.

These are always a blast. Typically, it is Texas barbecue on the first night with cocktails. Naturally work meetings during the day, and fun events at night. Recently, we took an afternoon to build a huge Rube-Goldberg machine together as a company effort. The purpose was to collect toys for charity, Later that evening we did a company-wide escape room event. It was a blast.

Since we're mostly remote, the entire team gets together every quarter for a week of activities. At the last few company meetings, we've gotten cowboy boots, cowboy hats, VIP concerts and more! - not to mention it's a great group of people. It's always a fun time!

Agilecraft devotes about a week a quarter in our engineering group exclusively to innovation, although all departments are encouraged to participate.
