We get along great! All are included in decisions and interact well.
if people who weren't bosses would mind their own business and not try to tell people how to do their jobs
My team here at DHI is full of kind, smart, thoughtful and helpful people. I have never once felt like I couldn't ask a question or bounce an idea off of someone, even if my interaction with them has been minimal
We all know we're in this together.
The industry continues to evolve its approach to fostering change and it’s exciting to be a part of this movement.
