What can this brand most improve?

Actually call you back, fill up on time for auto fill, and fix a gas leak that you have been looking at for 2 months, nothing done, just keep filling up the tank and watch it leak into the ground, horrible customer service.

Every year the place gets more run down. They try to add some cheap new thing, but never fix any of the old things.
