I'm able to do what I love and I'm challenged to do more and grow. My manager trusts me and sees what I'm great at and gives me the opportunity to become better.

It was less of a structured interview and more of a sit down & chat. Eat Club stresses the importance of employees being a good culture fit. The interview didn't feel high-pressure. It felt like I was sitting down chatting with a friend.
