I have not been involved in team outings as of yet but we will be having teams volunteering in the community soon with events starting soon.

Performance evaluations are underway. We have a different format so cannot say at this point.

I like my job and my boss so glad to go to work every day. However I would kov a flexible schedule like working 10/4 days to have more time during the week to handle personal business.

There are times that more work hours depending on projects pull from your home or social life but that’s not always so overall there is a good work/life balance. For some departments is more drastic the disparity when high production peaks come.

Have a positive attitude, well skilled in the position you are applying, know the company - do your homework!

How much I would have loved working and growing here. I wish I had started my career with FILTEC earlier.

Overall good. It has had some peaks and some lows. When salary increases were on hold naturally some morale concerns but positive turns have lifted employees’ morale and new management is very transparent, positive, and eager to place improved processes in place, recognizing great performance and addressing quickly areas that require improvement.

Huge diversity. Every nation with various beliefs are represented yet meshing seamlessly toward same business goals. Success for the business and success for the employees.

Traditional in terms of some cubicles and typical manager offices.

Close “family” feel culture. Very supportive of individual goals and understanding of employees needs. Great opportunities to develope professionally!

One of the best that I have ever worked with. Considering one Manager taking care of domestic and global employees, the HR Director is very approachable and well-versed in the best ways to support the company and its employees.
