What can this brand most improve?

Hire ethical leaders to be managers. Maintenance should not park in resident spaces. Residents should not be disturbed during night hours by pool parties. Management should take care of the issue without telling residents to do extra steps and to call 9-11.

What can this brand most improve?

Updating appliances, dealing with noise and smoke smell, and lowering rent.
