Since joining the company, I have been given regular opportunities to grow and advance my career development. My managers are always looking to give staff more responsibility but are also ready to give us the support we need as we advance.
Good work and life balance
Completly horrible. Absolutely no communications with staff and supervisors. Abuse their children. Isolates and restrains them on the toilet for hours. Hires you in as full time then dont give you the hours. Could not leave that plce quick enough. Needs to be shut down before a child gets hurt.
This is the best career I've made in the past 20 years! I hope to retire from Lamar when I'm ready and able.
