The most negative culture among employees that I've ever experienced. People literally complain about Frito Lay daily
I have been with the company for 18 years and have held many roles where I feel my value ties to the company success.
It has been good, there could be more communication about all other projects as them come in, we tend to just take on all new assignments. But overall positive so far
I have. had only positive experiances and have always been treated fairly.
It is a good company
