The estimayrd deivery of merchandise need to he improved.

The Recruiting process was okay. The culture was a concern within 5 minutes of interview.

What can this brand most improve?

The way to handle wrong orders. I was given a salad that was not the correct one. The waitresd could not take it back to the kitchen but instead had to send a manager over to look the situation over. After said manager took salad back, it took 15 minutes to get my corrected order! For a salad!
