The culture of HyBridge is fantastic. The team culture and how well everyone blends together is really nice.

Favorite part are town halls and receiving great communication from our leadership. Keeping everyone informed on the company and the companies future.

Team Work! Its nice having everyone work well together and being able to lean on teammates willing to jump in and help at any time.

Remote work. I love being able to work from home and very limit travel is nice. We can do the majority of our work from home and I have a really nice work / life balance.

Bonuses are hard to retrieve each quarter. There are only a certain amount of hours we are allowed each project we are on and each week. A salary increase or easier way to be eligible for a quarterly bonus.
