Everyone is very friendly and willing to help when needed. Everyone is always looking out for eachother. We all get on well.

They are invested in mine and my teams happiness and success. They actively SHOW that they want to help us make our work/life balance good, make our jobs better, invest in tools to help us do our work efficiently etc.

Truely one of the best companies ive worked for. There is a "work hard" and "be successful" culture, however, leadership actually enables us to be able to be successful. And we arent encouraged to put our wellbeing/family 2nd to our work like other companies in tech.
