The interview process was thorough and inclusive of all management and leadership at the divisional level participating with me in a one on one setting. I appreciated the opportunity to interact and learn more about the culture of the company and cohesion of the team.

What can this brand most improve?

Honor their commitment to excellence. There is an issue that was concealed by construction contractors that they are trying to distance themselves from since it's outside the warranty period. Fraud is not protected by warranty timing.
