Flexible timings, just had to get the work done by the end of the day or the due date. The friendly environment makes me feel really good at work

They value honesty and attitude more than anything. Ofcourse I had to know about the product but the interview was leaning more towards honesty and attitude. I feel just because of this, Mitsogo has a great work atmosphere with friendly and kind hearted people

The leadership team gives me the freedom to raise my views or opinions on matters that are important. The team doesn't make decisions without considering opinions from everyone, be it major or minor decisions for the company. Makes me feel more valuable to the company rather than just work for wages
