My overall experience at Shearers has been fantastic. I have worked very hard to get where I am today. I believe in the mission/direction Shearers is taking. I enjoy coming into work with the great team we have here in Wat pa. Shearers cares about there people and they show that very often.

Been there over 10 years and have always been treated fairly. Am now ready to retire, but am staying part time, and my company was very easy to work with in making a new schedule.
