The employees are empowered and encouraged to propose ideas to help improve the environment. Budget and proposals are seriously considered (and many times approved) by management.

I left a job that paid more 5 years ago and raises have not increased my salary to what it was then. I liked this company and prospects more than the previous one.

The leadership feels very reactive and sometimes very involved in areas they need not personally worry about. Better focus on their roles with more longterm planning would be helpful in their growth as leaders.

Company growth is picking up, but I worry that key positions are not being fulfilled in time to meet the growth the company will experience. Our onboarding process is rather poor and the time to get an employee fully confident in our business is rather long.
