Redbox has changed and adapted many time in my experience here. Some decisions have been difficult to handle, but overall the company has an amazing culture.

I've worked there for a long time. It used to be fun. But now everything has to do with being efficient. The pay is garbage the benifits are decent. Now they want us to do the work for like four other companies but not increase our compensation.
