I'm grateful for SemaConnect and my time here. I fell into this position and over the years have grounded myself in the company. I hope to be here for a long time to come.

We are just that - a team. There is a deep level of comradery between us and we are always there to support one another with anything we might need.

It meant a great deal to me having the EV benefit and utilizing that to pay off my car. I also like that we do not have to use part of our paycheck to pay for health insurance.

We are all striving towards the same goal and part of a an industry that will greatly shape the world and our future. It is exciting and I do love the level of support and care we all give each other.

When I feel like I'm in my flow, I can get my work done without having to be stopped or interrupted with snags or system hiccups. I love getting feedback from a customer about the efficiency of my work or the care I have given them as an individual client.
