Exciting, fulfilling work. Friendly work environment
Just like everything in life, no place of work is 100%. But WLF comes pretty close to one's expectation for a friendly and successful company where you have job security, and can grow to your maximum potential.
I have no big complaints. It would be nice for them to match our 401k and give us sick time, in addition to our PTO. For the most part, they have taken care of me and I hope they continue to do so.
