Cusrom glove ordered September17,2021. No personal emails or returned phone calls at all. Have had no contact from Wilson even though we have repeatedly called, left call back numbers and sent emails. There is NO CUSTOMER CARE TEAM. Need to follow through with what is described in company policy.
Customer service is extremely poor! I would love someone in the higher up to contact me about my order that I made Oct 2nd and still have not gotten this item. It was a Christmas present!
They made an unsatisfactory decision. As a customer who cares and appreciates your business, I am more than willing to pay or get equal value through their wilson store. I respectfully asked multiple times to-reconsider my request. Just gave me no option! $574.74 in your pocket! Your welcome
