Most coworkers make sure to be respectful and make sure there is a positive energy in the office environment.

I like that there are bonuses but i believe the salary should be higher. The free insurance doesn't quite justify the lower salary. There is an imbalance on this part.

The freedom to come in, get my coffee, and get to work. We don't have checklist or big meeting. Everybody knows what needs to be done and we get after it.

They make a point to make everybody feel important. Corporate makes trips to each office to show appreciation. My personal manager goes out of his way to ensure everybody is happy and the moral of the office is always high.
