Coworkers are great! Loving and caring. But higher leadership is there for the money. Leadership has watched their employees struggle and decide who they want to help. Ell well runs off who is in the popular crowd and who is over looked when coming to employees in need.
I love this company and that is why I have been here for 25+ years. I love the support, the people and the culture.
It has been a good company for me to be with to raise a family
Lamar is a great family oriented company. They care about their employees well being.
I've worked here for almost 10 years and it's the best place I've worked in my career. I'm very happy to be a part of Lamar and I wish I would have found my home here 20 years sooner.
