How flexible is your work schedule at Dom & Tom?
In general the work schedule is flexible. Hours in are 10-6 EST (9-5 CST) but in general it is not frowned upon if you're not in exactly at 10. If you ever need to take time off or start late or work from home, it's generally a quick conversation with your manager.
Does Dom & Tom have any remote positions?
Yes. However, being a small(ish) agency means you have to be in touch frequently and make regular trips to an office (both offices is better).
