To put it simply, I've never been so busy but so happy at the same time. This company pushes you to your limits in all the best ways, resulting in total resiliency, pride, and the hunger to do more.
I am very happy working at Elementum. It has an awesome vision, fantastic people, and great perks. There are things that I think Elementum could do better -- improved paternal leave, PTO, etc -- but Elementum tries in areas like taking care of people that other companies only pay lip service to.
Low ego, collaborative, funny, unbeatable work ethic
It's exactly what I was hoping for when i signed on.
We have a change to build something great and all make lots of money.
