The pace is fast.
That the higher management doesn’t care about their employers and that shouting/ swearing at your employees is a daily norm.

Mostly good. Some bad eggs cause problems from time to time, but generally positive.

Horrible experience, no place for growth. Moreover the higher management will prevent you getting a position elsewhere.

The will literally hire anyone that response to the interview invites. The turn around is so high that they don’t really care what your skills are. As long as you are fine whitstanding horrible shouting and deregotry racial slurs coming from a boss
