melt is a great place fo start a career. If you want them, there are ample learning opportunities available to you, however, these learning opportunities are often pushed aside because client work comes first. Everyone who works there is very helpful, nice and accepting.

Almost everyone at melt is kind and helpful. The teams genuinely care about eachother. They hire based on culture fit and it's nice to work with a group of open minded and accepting indiviuals who also have your back.

Everyone is super kind and friendly. In meetings it's unacceptable to talk over each other and everyone is offered the same respect, regardless of job title. The culture of being a good human is highly valued and everyone at melt has a lot of integrity.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
The benefit package doesnt include 401k matching, it does not include paid maternity leave, there are no bonuses or profit sharing and there is no option for cashing out your PTO. All of these things could make it worth being paid on the lowest side of the industry average.
