Mercury Insurance – This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Emails, phone calls, any communication goes unanswered. I have been trying to get ahold of my adjuster for over a month, no response. Claim still open, final payments have not been sent. I am appalled by this company and will NOT ever use/recommend

Employees are overworked and micromanaged. Questionable auditing whete only management favorites fare well enough for raises and promotions.
