Since COVID, I have been fortunate to keep working from home. I come into the office occasionally for fun events or meetings and is always fun to catch up face to face with my co-workers.

I like their candidness about what is really going on. If it isn't good, they are upfront but also have a plan. If it is good, they love to share the news. Gives me a sense of pride to work for a company like that.
