Great business leadership, incredible team mates, and awesome culture. Only constructive criticism I have is that the leadership tends to assume all employees align with them culturally/socially/politically and often can roll out programs that don't account for those differences.

One and a half years ago this was a very good company, but now it is not. There is no proper management, and who doesn't know how to manage project they became project manager and they don't know how to take requirements and there is no proper communication the team member
