Overall my experience at my company is pretty positive. I work with many kind and generous people. Work itself can actually be deemed fun from time to time. Management on the occasion can be a bit unorganized though.

I like how our leadership team does they’re best to bring the whole group good energy and to keep that up. Our company is about spreading aloha and I think our leadership team

I have been working there for 3 years and there is no way to truly excel unless someone leaves. I also seem to be doing certain tasks that supervisors should do but I am still getting paid less although I do extra work.
