The comradery. No one takes themselves to seriously. We all get along really well and the humor! This has to be one of the funniest teams I've ever worked with.

No ego. It's refreshing working with a management team that takes a genuine interest in each employee. They get to know your interests and aspirations and assign you projects that align with your goals?

I would have to say profit-sharing, but also a lot of other things. I think what I like the most about the benefits package is you can tell a lot of thought went into it. I also like that the HR department asks for input regarding benefits and is open to feedback.
