I just started a year ago and within that time it has been mind blowing. I done seen this lady, I think she is Human Resources, plot against employees because they were black and because she did not want them employed here anymore. Fights everyday and no support system.

From what everyone is saying, management, 2 supervisors, 1st and 2nd shift, the way we get treated on a daily basis, the pay, and for them to stop running out of material to where we can't do production, needs to change.

Myself and most of my co-workers make this facility look good, even though they are not selling anything. I have never worked in a HAZARDOUS FACILITY where all management is focused on is writing people up, targeting people or firing them more then production

We are undervalued. My previous job I was doing the same exact thing I do here and making $28/hr, and was not treated unfairly because of my color. Here I'm making $6 less and feel so under appreciated. When I dod their training, they have nothing on discrimination it's all about the company

The thing wrong is a lot of people here have been or are being discriminated against, harassed or targeted so they have slowed down a lot. This is all on management. I have seen and heard with my own eyes and ears a supervisor call an employee a <beep> after he walked away. So disrespectful here
