I've only been around for about two months, but at least my building is a hot mess. There's absolutely no fail safes for quality. Safety is a joke. Damages line the aisles, and occasionally I'll see a mouse scurry by.

When I don't have to fight to get the bare minimum I need to my job. Also when my supervisor goes home for the day.

When I was hired, I felt like I got a promotion and a pay cut at the same time. The pay across the board varies so wildly. I have more responsibility than the selectors, but I get paid less.
