Copesan is a hurdle causing national account losses. Regional companies must redirect clients to Copesan who cannot even enter service orders in a timely & complete manor. Acquisition transition team-complete disjointed nightmare. Paying starvation wages to CSR's who deal with a disjointed process.
Very friendly environment. Lots of room to grow.
Engaging but I feel not a lot of room for upper advancement unless you happen to work in the Chicago office :(
