Although I've only been working there for a few weeks, from the onset it was apparent that everyone is always willing to help and provide advice to ensure not only that Clients' interest are protected but also that good habits are form to promote positive growth.

There was an honest and genuine discussion about what both sides were looking for and what their expectations were. In short, I did not get a sense that they were hiding something or that it would be a bait and switch. In essence, they kept their word and have done right by me, thus far.
