How collaborative everyone is. We might not always get along or agree, but everyone contributes and shares ideas freely and I think it makes us a better company because of it.

Achieving/beating our goals. We set high goals. Sometimes they feel unachievable. But when we surpass them it's the best feeling in the world. You get to prove even yourself wrong for doubting.

It was a conversation. No one sat across the table with their hands crossed. They genuinely wanted to learn about me and my experiences as well as share information with me about the role and Boon as a company.
