Overall, Command Alkon has amazing employees. Command Alkon does not have a clear vision of itself, goals, and/or values. Leadership does not communicate with the entire organization. Also, to get ideas and new processes approved or moved along takes an act of congress to get done.

The interview process was very easy. Started with a phone screen, then onsite. Then after the onsite followed by another onsite.

This is a hard one to answer. Currently, I feel there is no Culture right now. It is a culture of silence.

Diversity! Currently the entire executive leadership team is all white males with one white female. Overall, less than 1% of the company is minority.

Before Thoma Bravo acquired Command Alkon, the team I worked with was amazing. Due to layoffs, our team has been reduced and workloads have now doubled.

Current benefits are being cut due to the take over by Thoma Bravo. 401k match is being reduced and H.S.A employer contribution will stop on 1/1/2021.

I used to be excited to go to work everyday, but since Thoma Bravo has acquired Command Alkon, morale is in the tank. Everyone is on pins and needles waiting for the next round of layoffs.
