Deem has and continues to be very welcoming place to be. Everyone works towards the same goals and models the win as a team mindset in a genuine nature. Executive team is very engaged and I feel truly looks for feedback and then acts on that feedback for the better.

The compensation should be regularised taking into account the experience, knowledge and the tenurity in the company.

I feel I deserve better compensation as I fare better in level of effort, knowledge and taking responsibilities than my peers.

I don't satisfy with my current compensation but I fully understand the situation we have. I expect we can cope with it together and after the COVID finished I hope that we can have a chance for the negotiation of the compensation.

Thank you for your feedback! In mid-February, we provided salary adjustments, retroactive to 1 February 2021, to bring employees to market rate. We also introduced our Company Bonus Plan for all employees.

Compensation plan should be based on Current market which is evaluated with skill sets and not on number of Years of experience or seniority levels, Even a 10 year experienced lacking skill sets which a 2 year old can do it without any hassle that would be were the package should be fixed

Meeting the team was very nice. To get to see the different personalities of the team.

I was able to meet a diverse set of stakeholders and I really got the sense of the culture which is so important. I was interviewing them as much as they were interviewing me, and I was favorably impressed.

The interview team was organized and thoughtful about the questions being asked. There was no duplication, everyone had a specific role to play. This was a refreshing change from other experiences I've had.

The interviewers had very good technical expertise. They did not focus or nitpick on the semantics, but were focused on problem-solving and accessing the skill. Having interviewed hundreds of candidates and having been an interviewee at places like Amazon and Google, I can say Deem was good.
