just bought a new car. Told the company not to add after free intro period. They chose a plan and added the car, took the money out of my account when I said no. Service 10 years ago was good, not so much today. They have given wrong directions too many times. I will be looking elsewhere

The road service ,through On Star Buick, needs to send the appropriate road service truck/personnel for calls for road service .
I am writing in today to submit a formal complaint on the customer service I received from your representative named Michael. He showed a lack of soft skills. He really needs serious training! He was condescending and accusatory.
I have several suggestions. Far more information concerning the decline of Onstar services! I will be writing to the top executives of Onstar. I will also be filing a written complaint & sending such complaints to applicable businesses
