I am writing in today to submit a formal complaint on the customer service I received from your representative named Michael. He showed a lack of soft skills. He really needs serious training! He was condescending and accusatory.
Do not tell people they have to buy a smart phone to keep your service. You should find other ways to provide your service. I have a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. Your people to.d me to go to dealer and buy new plug-in to get 5G service. Gm to upgrade in 2024 is what dealer ship told me
