Very precise with expectation setting and the kept me informed the entire way. The interviews were both exciting and challenging as there was a diverse set of people that I interviewed with including the CEO, which was very helpful.

Joined Petal about 1.5 months ago and met so many great people and teams. Everyone is willing to help each other when it's needed and values others opinions. The compensation and benefit is above average.
I felt as though my needs did not matter, as long as I met my KPI's and met meeting goals everything else wasn't worked on. I only felt valued if I met 50% of goal or more, but if under that, it felt like we're criticized but not offered true help to accomplish goals. The low pay is not motivating.
