The bonuses. As part of an annual raise, it's given as an addition for the hard work and keeping up with client relationships. It is also dependent on meeting your monthly budget which is a good way to see if the company has reached their targeted goals for that project.

They chime in where help is needed and never makes it feel like it's all on you. They understand the roles really well and go above and beyond to accommodate team member's needs.
