Over the last couple of years I have seen great improvements within the company. I haven't always had the best experience, but it has taken a drastic turn and I am very happy here and where we are going. I feel very confident in my work and can see that the leadership team cares a lot about that.

We work very long hours and I just think more compensation for that would be better and possibly overtime.
