Mr. Robert F. Mangano is the President and Chief Executive Officer of 1st Constitution Bancorp and of 1st Constitution Bank (the ???Bank???). Prior to joining the Bank in 1996, Mr. Mangano was President and Chief Executive Officer of Urban National Bank, a community bank in the northern part of New Jersey for a period of three years and a Senior Vice President of another bank for one year. Prior to such time, Mr. Mangano held a senior position with Midlantic Corporation for 21 years. Mr. Mangano is Treasurer of the Englewood Hospital Medical Center and serves as Trustee of the Board of Englewood Hospital Medical Center.

Dorine M. Nicol serves as Senior Vice President of 1st Constitution Bank and Human Resources Director of 1St Constitution Bank of 1st Constitution Bancorp.

Mr. Stephen J. Gilhooly, also known as Steve, is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of 1st Constitution Bancorp since April 01, 2014. Mr. Gilhooly serves as Principal Accounting Officer at 1st Constitution Bancorp. He is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of 1st Constitution Bank. Prior to April 2014, Mr. Gilhooly served as the Bank's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Gilhooly most recently served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Florida Community Bank (???Community Bank???), Weston, Florida, from May 2011 to May 2013. Prior to joining Community Bank, Mr. Gilhooly served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the banking subsidiaries of Capital Bank Financial Corporation (formerly North American Financial Holdings) (???CBF???) since September 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Gilhooly was Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of TIB Financial Corp. (???TIB???), Naples, Florida, from 2006 to 2010. Prior to joining TIB, Mr. Gilhooly worked for 15 years with Advest, Inc. in New York as Director in its Financial Institutions Group. Mr. Gilhooly earned a B.S. degree in Economics and a M.S. degree in Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Mr. William M. Rue, also known as Bill, CPCU has been the President of Chas. E. Rue & Son Inc. and Rue Insurance, general insurance agency, since 1987. Mr. Rue serves as the President of RueFinancial Services, Inc. He serves as a Secretary of 1st Constitution Bancorp. He served as Executive Vice President of Rue Insurance. He has been an Independent Director of 1st Constitution Bancorp. since 2011. He has been a Director of 1st Constitution Bank, a subsidiary of 1st Constitution BanCorp., since 1989. Mr. Rue has been a Non Independent Director of Selective Insurance Group Inc. since 1977. He has been the Chairman of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton since June 2013. He has been a Director of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton since 1993 and a Trustee of Rider University since 1993. He has been a Director of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Foundation since 1999. He is a Member of the Cranbury Township Zoning Board of Adjustment. He is a Member of Society of CPCU and Professional Insurance Agents Association. He has been a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter since 1972 and an Associate in Risk Management since 1994. Mr. Rue holds a B.A. from Rider College.
