Mr. Eric A. Bakken served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer of Regis Corp. from September 30, 2016 to January 2017. He served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development of Regis Corp. from 2010 to May 1, 2013 and served as its Secretary until May 1, 2013. He served as an Interim corporate Chief Operating Officer of Regis Corp. from January 19, 2012 to May 1, 2013 and previously served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer from July 2012 to August 6, 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of law of Regis Corporation since July 2006. He joined of Regis Corp. in 1994 as a Lawyer, which position he served until 1998 and served as Vice President of Law since 1998. He served as General Counsel of Regis Corp. from 2004 to 2006. He served as Vice President of Regis Corp. from 1998 to 2004. He is a Member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Bakken holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's College of Minnesota and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

Ms. Annette Louise Miller has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer at Regis Corporation since December 2014. Ms. Miller has 28 years of merchandising expertise across a wide range of categories. She held a number of merchandising leadership positions during her 18 year tenure at Target Stores, including SVP of merchandising for groceries and commodities and President of Target Sourcing Services. Ms. Miller started her retail career with the Lazarus division of Federated Department Stores. Ms. Miller holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
