Ms. Lynda L. Glass has been the Chief Risk Officer of Adams County National Bank since September 27, 2011 and serves as its Chief Governance Officer, Executive Vice president and Secretary. He served as the Principal Financial Officer of ACNB Corp. and Adams County National Bank from March 21, 2006 to January 18, 2007. He served as Senior Vice President at ACNB Corp. and Adams County National Bank since January 18, 2007. He served as a Senior Executive Officer and as the Chief Financial Officer of Fulton Bancshares Corp. and its subsidiary, Fulton County National Bank and Trust Company from March 7, 2005 to September 2005. He served as a Treasurer of Fulton Bancshares Corp. He has more than 10 years of banking experience as the Chief Financial Officer of Pennsylvania State Bank from 1999 to 2005 and as a Vice President and Comptroller of Keystone Financial organization from 1994 to 1999.
