Mr. Stephen J. Tulipano, CPA, MBA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. since June 23, 2014. Mr. Tulipano has 27 years of accounting and financial experience, of which 12 years were focused on the pharmaceutical industry. He served positions at Three Tulips Inc., an accounting and management advisory services firm, where he provided full-time accounting services and financial management counsel. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary of Javelin Pharmaceuticals Inc., where he helped it through its acquisition by Hospira in 2010. Previously, he served as Director of Corporate Accounting at Biogen Idec, one of the oldest biopharmaceutical companies in the U.S. He has also held several accounting roles both within companies and accounting firms. Mr. Tulipano holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Salem State College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University. He is also a Certified Public Account.

Ms. Mary Taylor, MPH has been Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. since February 8, 2016. Ms. Taylor has over 30 years of drug development experience. Ms. Taylor has a demonstrated record in regulatory strategy and achievement. Ms. Taylor served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Quality at Civitas Therapeutics, Inc. since May 2013. Ms. Taylor served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at CuraGen Corporation and served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. Ms. Taylor served at Shire HGT as Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs. Ms. Taylor served senior positions in a number of companies, including Vice President Regulatory Affairs Lantheus Medical Imaging. She served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Tolerx. She served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Bayer Healthcare. Ms. Taylor began her pharmaceutical career with Pfizer Global Research and Development (formerly Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical Research Division, Warner-Lambert). Ms. Taylor has B.S. in Biochemistry from Michigan State University and her M.P.H. from the University of Michigan.

Dr. David J. Clark, M.D., M.R.C.P., A.F.P.M. has been the Chief Medical Officer at Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. since January 11, 2016. Dr. Clark has more than 18 years of global pharmaceutical drug development experience, spanning preclinical to Phase IV programs, including NDA submissions Mr. Clark served as the Chief Medical Officer of NormOxys, Inc. from December 2009 to July 22, 2015. He served as the Chief Medical Officer of Wilson Therapeutics AB from April 2013 to July 22, 2015. These programs have covered six different therapeutic areas and included extensive interactions with regulatory authorities in the United States, European Union and Japan. Dr. Clark led clinical teams while working in the Clinical Development division at Pfizer for close to a decade. Before Pfizer, Dr. Clark was employed by SmithKline Beecham and GlaxoSmithKline in their Clinical Pharmacology and Translational Medicine groups. He is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians and has published extensively in the respiratory clinical pharmacology field. Dr. Clark earned his MD degree from the University of Edinburgh Medical School and he completed his postgraduate medical training in internal medicine in Scotland and New Zealand.

David Noskowitz serves as the Vice President of Aldeyra Therapeutics. David started at Aldeyra Therapeutics in Oct of 2018. David currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.

Stephen Machatha serves as the Senior Vice President Technical Operations of Aldeyra Therapeutics. Stephen started at Aldeyra Therapeutics in January of 2019. Stephen currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.

Lise Kjems serves as the Vice President, Clinical Development of Aldeyra Therapeutics. Lise started at Aldeyra Therapeutics in February of 2018. Lise currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
