Mr. Selwyn Mould, MA, is a Co-Founder of Aqua Metals, Inc. and has been its Chief Operating Officer since June 2014. Mr. Mould served as Chief Operating Officer at Applied Intellectual Capital Limited from 1999 to 2007. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Aic Labs Inc at Applied Intellectual Capital Limited. Mr. Mould served as the Head of Supply Chain for Group Lotus Plc. He was Head of Logistics for Pilkington Plc. He served as a Production Manager for Chloride Industrial Batteries Ltd. He has been a Director of Aqua Metals, Inc. since August 30, 2017. He served as Director of Applied Intellectual Capital Limited. Mr. Mould holds an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge with a major in Chemistry.

Mr. Stephen Cotton, also known as Steve, founded IntelliBatt, LLC in 1992 and serves as its Executive Chairman. Mr. Cotton was Consultant of Aqua Metals, Inc. since June 9, 2017 until December 31, 2017. Mr. Cotton served as the Chief Commercial Officer of Aqua Metals, Inc. from January 2015 to June 9, 2017. He co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Data Power Monitoring Corporation. He has 15 years of experience in building successful cross-functional teams in the technology industry. Previously, he held roles in Sales & Marketing and General Management of Octel Communications, Lucent Technologies, Sendmail Incorporated and BlueKite. He is the co-founder at the Northern California 7x24 Exchange Chapter. Mr. Cotton earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Telecommunications from California State University, Chico.

Judd Merrill serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Aqua Metals, Inc.. Judd started at Aqua Metals, Inc. in November of 2018. Judd is currently based in the Reno, Nevada Area.

Kathleen Dotson serves as the VP Finance/ Corp Controller of Aqua Metals, Inc.. Kathleen started at Aqua Metals, Inc. in August of 2018. Kathleen is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
