Mr. Brian Selby has been Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at ARCA biopharma, Inc. since December 01, 2014. Mr. Selby has been the ARCA's Controller for 7 years and has extensive experience in corporate accounting and finance. Prior to joining ARCA, he worked at several public companies, including Controller for Myogen, Inc. and Controller for Genomica Corporation.

Mr. Thomas A. Keuer, also known as Tom serves as an Acting Head of Manufacturing Operations at GlobeImmune Inc. Mr. Keuer has been the Chief Operating Officer of ARCA biopharma, Inc. since December 1, 2014. He served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at ARCA biopharma, Inc. (Also known as ARCA Discovery, Inc.) and served as its Executive Vice President of Pharmaceutical Operations. Mr. Keuer served as Senior Vice President of Insmed Therapeutic Proteins, a subsidiary of Insmed Incorporated, from September 2005 to November 7, 2006. Mr. Keuer served as Vice President of Insmed Therapeutic Proteins. Mr. Keuer served as Vice President of Engineering of BioSciences Division of Baxter International from May 1998 to April 2004. Mr. Keuer served as Vice President, Operations of Baxter Hemoglobin Therapeutics, Inc. (Also known as Somatogen) since July 1997. Mr. Keuer served as Somatogen Inc.'s Vice President of Manufacturing and Process Engineering from October 1994 to June 1997. Mr. Keuer served in various other positions at Somatogen from 1990 to 1994, including Director of Project Engineering. Prior to joining Somatogen, he was employed by Monsanto Company from 1980 to September 1990 in various manufacturing, process development and engineering positions, as an Engineering Specialist for biotechnology-related projects. Mr. Keuer has over 30 years of technical expertise in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, including leadership positions with ARCA biopharma, Insmed, Baxter International, Somatogen and Monsanto. He serves as Member of Business Advisory Board of AmideBio, LLC. Mr. Keuer B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas and a M.S. degree in Biochemical Engineering from Rice University in 1984.

Mr. Christopher D. Ozeroff co-founded ARCA biopharma, Inc. (formerly, Arca Discovery Inc.) in 2004. Mr. Ozeroff has been a Senior Vice President at ARCA biopharma, Inc. since September 2004 and also has been its General Counsel since September 2004 and has been its Secretary since January 2009. Mr. Ozeroff served as a Secretary of ARCA biopharma Inc. He serves as Counsel to numerous emerging companies and venture capital investors, in such areas as finance, acquisitions, public offerings and licensing. He served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development at ARCA biopharma, Inc. Mr. Ozeroff was an Equity Partner with the international law firm of Hogan & Hartson LLP and a Founder of its Boulder office. He serves on a Number of non-profit and Advisory Boards. He served as a Director of ARCA biopharma, Inc. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Law School. Mr. Ozeroff completed his undergraduate degree at Stanford University and his law degree at the University of Chicago Law School.
