Mr. David A. Baumgarten has been the Chief Executive Officer of Bank Mutual Corporation and its subsidiary Bank Mutual since July 1, 2013. Mr. Baumgarten has been President of Bank Mutual since April 12, 2010 and has been the President at Bank Mutual Corporation since August 2, 2010. He served as Executive Vice President - Regional Banking of Associated Banc-Corp and Associated Bank, National Association. He also served as a Director of Associated Bank, National Association and a Director of Associated Financial Group, LLC (a subsidiary of Associated Bank, National Association). Mr. Baumgarten has served as Regional President of Associated Bank's Southeast region from May 2001 to the present. He was first elected an executive officer of Associated on December 15, 2005. Mr. Baumgarten earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. Gregory A. Larson, also known as Greg, has been a Senior Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking at Bank Mutual, a subsidiary of Bank Mutual Corporation since 2010. Previously, Mr. Larson joined Oak Ridge Financial Services Group Inc. in June, 2007 as a Senior Vice President - Investment Banking. At the firm, he provided firm's institutional clients with a wide array of capital markets services and also actively assisted bankers with interest rate risk management and proper investment portfolio structure. Mr. Larson has also served as a Senior Vice President and a Managing Director at NACM, where he provided capital markets solutions to its institutional clients. Mr. Larson also served as a Senior Vice President and the Group Manager of Commercial Banking at Associated Bank, N.A. In 1993, he joined RBC Dain Rauscher's Financial Institutions Unit. During his seven year tenure at the firm, Mr. Larson called exclusively on community bankers for investment portfolio and loan transactions. In 1990, he switched focus from financing banks, bankers and bank holding companies to managing bank funds when Mr. Larson joined the Investment and Funds Management Department at National City Bank of Minneapolis. He is an expert in the area of bank funds management and asset and liability policy and process. Mr. Larson has been a six year Faculty Member of The Dakota School of Banking and Dain Rauscher's Bond Boot Camp. He has extensive industry training in ABA, BAA and other industry programs. Mr. Larson has a B.S.B.A. Degree in Business Administration from St. John's University.

Mr. Michael W. Dosland, also known as Mike, has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Bank Mutual Corporation and its subsidiary, Bank Mutual since August 2008. Mr. Dosland is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting and treasury functions of both entities. He served as Secretary of Bank Mutual Corporation and its subsidiary, Bank Mutual. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Vantus Bank. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of First Federal Bankshares Inc. and its subsidiary, First Federal Bank since January 17, 2006. He served as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of First Federal Capital Bank, from February 2001 to that bank's acquisition in 2004. At First Federal Capital Bank, Mr. Dosland led the activities of its accounting, treasury, performance management and internal audit departments. While at First Federal Capital Bank, he was also responsible for mergers and acquisitions analysis and took a lead role in negotiating and closing three large acquisitions. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of First Federal Capital Corp. since February 2001. He Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of First Federal Bank. He served as Vice President and Controller of First Federal Capital Corp. and First Federal Bank from March 1992 to February 2001 and previously served as Controller of First Federal Capital Corp. and First Federal Bank since June 1989. Prior thereto, He served as Controller of First Federal Savings Bank of LA Crosse from 1987 to June 1989. He served as Supervising Senior Auditor for KPMG prior to his joining First Federal Capital Bank. From May 2004 to November 2005, Mr. Dosland was a Lieutenant Colonel Infantry Battalion Commander for the United States Army National Guard in Iraq. He serves as Director of Vantus Bank. He served as Director of First Federal Bankshares Inc. and First Federal Bank since January 17, 2006. He serves as a Member of the American Bankers Association, the Association of the United States Army and the Wisconsin National Guard Association. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Dosland earned a Masters of Business Administration in 1990 from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, graduating with highest honors. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in 1982 in Accounting from Minnesota State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Mr. Patrick W. Lawton, also known as Pat, has been Senior Vice President - Investment Real Estate of Bank Mutual at Bank Mutual Corporation since 2013. Mr. Lawton served as Senior Vice President-Real Estate of BMO Harris Bank (M&I).

Mr. Christopher L. Mayne has been Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President of Bank Mutual at Bank Mutual Corporation since 2011. Mr. Mayne served as Chief Risk Officer at Bank Mutual Corporation and its subsidiary Bank Mutual since January 2011. Mr. Mayne served as Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer for Middle Market Lending of Associated Bank, N.A.

Kim Weekley serves as the Senior Vice President | Director of Retail Banking and Sales of Bank Mutual. Kim started at Bank Mutual in Aug of 2014. Kim currently resides in the Greater Milwaukee Area.
